From the company "AERAKIS - CRETAN MUSICAL WORKSHOP & SEISTRON" and the "MUNICIPALITY OF ANOGEION", the anniversary CD "THE HOLOCAUST OF ANOGEIA" refers to the Germans in the third holocaust of Anogia in August 1943 and is recorded the relative tribute to its 65th anniversary an event held in August 2009 at the Theater of N. Xylouris in Anogia. This event, which was a musical evening, was organized by D. Anogheia in the framework of the established cultural activities and was a deposit of the soul in memory of the victims of this tragic historical event and the occasion for a fruitful social and spiritual meditation for the younger. With enough passion and sensitivity, with a high sense of responsibility and with the necessary fighting spirit, the cruel and proud proud fate of Anogia is effectively expressed within the short time of this event. The program of the evening, the texts, the poems and the narrative were made by Giorgos Karatzis, while the music editing, adaptations and original compositions, had Paris Perrysinakis. This work was delighted to have excellent actors from the musicians to the performers , so that they all guarantee a qualitative result worthy of its content and its importance. More specifically, the songs are performed by: Vasilis Skoulas, Nikiforos Aerakis, Psarantonis, Marina Dakanali, Vasilis Dramountanis and Nikolas Karatzis.
The music was written specifically for the event by Paris Perysinakis, who also co-ordinated the orchestra, in which he also participated with lyra, mandolin, lutes, along with: Aris Hatzistavrou: guitar, Rania Liarmakopoulou: cello, Antonis Papadakis: Cretan lute, Mimis Ntoutsoulis: double bass, Nikos Paraoulakis: nei, Stavros Alexopoulos: percussion
